Canadian Museum of Nature

Obviously, Ottawa is a veritable treasure trove for museum enthusiasts.

This evening we enjoyed free access to the spectacular Canadian Museum of Nature (where every Thursday is free).

As is the case with most national museums, it takes more than one visit to fully explore the exhibits. We’ll likely visit this Gothic castle again in a week or two.

Below the museum photos are a few from outside after our visit as Mary Frances instructs Alistair on how to do a handstand (near wooly mammoths.)
